How to Cope with Stress: 5 Simple Steps
Woowee!!! Have you ever felt you had so many ideas, plans, desires, and goals running around in your head that you didn’t really know where to start.
When you look at the long list of to-do’s, it can be overwhelming at best and anxiety provoking at worst. This week, I began organizing my personal and business goals for the next 12 months. Although at first I was excited about seeing my dreams and goals on paper my anxiety and stress level started kicking up when I thought about implementing it all. Can you relate?
In order to decrease my stress level, I decided to spread out each goal and task over the next 12 months. When I chose to break it down into a more manageable timeframe it became less daunting and more realistic. Hence what inspired me to create today’s video on How to Cope with Stress.
